In accordance with the law of June 27, 1919, you can occasionally resell your tickets at a price less than or equal to their face value - except when the show is subject to specific provisions specifying that the tickets are strictly nominative and non-transferable.
French law authorizes individuals to resell events tickets, on an exceptional basis, for example following an impossibility to go to the performance.
In accordance with article 313-6-2. of the criminal code relating to resale in the usual way: "The act of selling, offering for sale or exposing with a view to sale or transfer or providing the means for the sale or transfer access tickets to a sporting, cultural or commercial event or to a live show, in the usual way and without the authorization of the producer, organizer or owner of the exploitation rights of this event or this show, is punished by a fine of €15,000. This penalty is increased to a fine of €30,000 in the event of a repeat offence."
