Ticket websites can look similar, or your purchase may have been made some time ago. First, we recommend checking that you are on the website where you created your account and/or placed your order.
To do this, refer to the order confirmation you received by email after placing your order. You will find a link to log in to the login page.
I have forgotten my password
If you have lost your password, go to the login page of the website where you created your account and/or placed your order.
Then click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account, as you entered it when you created your account.
An email will then be sent to this address allowing you to generate a new password.
