To update the address on your account: please connect to your account where you can change your details.
The change of address will then apply to all the orders in progress and still unedited. If the status of your order is EDITEE, the change of address can not be applied to this order.
If it is necessary to modify family name or email address linked to the customer account, you must send a request via the contact form by selecting the Other requests form then the subject Creation or access to your customer account, specifying the reason of your request.
Our customer service will contact you to inform you if your request is admissible and ask you for supporting documents corresponding to your case.
